The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original packaging (carton, plastic bag, manuals, labels, etc.) and in resellable condition.
- The product must not have been installed or used.
- The product must not have been connected to power or operated.
- The product must be clean and stored in appropriate conditions.
- DASH may require an advance technical inspection in some cases before approving the exchange or return.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented.
